Orders
- What
- Name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give it, what you ordered, and the creator or campaign code if you came through such a link.
- Why
- To make, ship and support your order, credit the right creator, and keep our accounts.
- Legal basis
- Performance of a contract; legal obligation (accounting and tax).
Gift cards
- What
- Buyer name and email; the recipient name and message, if you add them.
- Why
- To issue the gift code and send it to you.

- Performance of a contract.
SNAP-BACK claims
- What
- Your order email, the link to your public video, the platform, the view count you report and the pack you pick.
- Why
- To check the claim, send your pack and, if you qualify, refund part of your order.

Waitlist
- What
- Your email address.
- Why
- To tell you when a new release is out.

Who helps us
A handful of trusted services: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, the carrier for delivery, and Google Analytics if you say yes.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing, including gift card codes), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics (analytics, only with your consent). At checkout, Stripe also offers third-party payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Revolut Pay and Klarna; if you choose one, the payment is handled by that provider under its own privacy policy, and Klarna (a pay-later provider) acts as a separate controller, including for any creditworthiness check. Our carriers (Zásilkovna, Česká pošta or the carrier for your country) receive the name, address and contact details needed to deliver your parcel. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records as long as accounting law requires. Everything else only as long as it is useful to you.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal). To exercise any of these, email build@modumodu.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
